Based on counterfeiting phenomenal petroleum engineering enterprises may encounter in procurement process, the various driving factors of counterfeiting were analyzed. According to cost-benefit method, setting reasonable punishment that could eliminate counterfeiting behavior were put forward. Finally, the effective strategies and measures of anti-counterfeiting for petroleum engineering enterprises were discussed.
